When you place an order with us, we don’t keep stock in a local warehouse. Instead, we place your order directly with our trusted international suppliers.

Here’s a breakdown of the typical timeline:

  1. 🛒 Order Received: As soon as we receive your order, we submit it to our supplier.

  2. 🌍 Supplier Fulfilment: The supplier processes and dispatches your order. This can take a few days depending on stock availability.

  3. ✈️ International Shipping: Once dispatched, your item usually takes around 8 working days to arrive in South Africa.

  4. 📦 Local Delivery: After we receive the item, we prepare and dispatch it to you. Local delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

👉 Total estimated delivery time: 10 to 12 working days, depending on supplier fulfilment and customs.
